Come and learn how to prepare Basque Chicken
Basque chicken or chicken “basquaise” is a culinary specialty of traditional Basque cuisine, region located in the south of France and north of Spain.
Its ingredients reflect the colors of the Basque flag: red, green and yellow, with pieces of chicken stewed in red and green peppers, tomato, onion, white wine and several species.
