Amandine Pie (La Tarte Amandine)
The Amandine Pie is a variant of the Bourdaloue cake that was invented in the 19th century by a Parisian patissier located on Bourdaloue street.
This refined presentation pie consists of a sweet dough called “Pâte sablée”, pears and an almond cream.
