How to prepare some fast “Pain et tartinades”
Bread is one of all meals’components in France: at breakfast, lunch, dinner, it’s always present! During this workshop, you will learn how to make bread rolls in a short period so you can share them quickly.
Also you will learn how to make some tartinades like “Tapenade” or “Rillette”, a specialty from the south of France.
